Sunhini Granola

A superb store cupboard staple using the creamy Original Sunhini to make it crunchy and nutritious. This delicious seed powered granola is spiced with ginger and cardamom, making it incredibly moreish to snack on. It's a simple recipe that can transform your yogurt, smoothie and cereal bowls into a Sunhini fuelled delight!

Sunhini Granola

Serves: 12

Prep time: 10 mins

Cook time: 35 mins


  • 300g oats

  • 50g sunflower seeds

  • 50g linseeds

  • 50g poppy seeds

  • 30g coconut chips

  • 150g Original Sunhini

  • 2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1.5 tsp cardamom

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 50g sugar (we used unrefined cane)

  • 65g water

  • pinch of salt


  1. Preheat the oven 160°C.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. Add the Sunhini, oil, and water until the granola mix binds and becomes sticky.

  3. Spread over a lined baking tray and bake for 35 minuets, stirring every 10 minuets until golden brown.

  4. Allow to fully cool before transferring into an airtight container. Enjoy over yogurt, on smoothie bowls, with Sunhini Mylk (, or simply snack on it as it is.

Tip: feel free to change any of the seeds and spices to make it your own!
