- 100g Original Sunhini
- 60g water
- 20g lemon juice
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- salt, to taste
- pinch of cumin (optional)
In a small mixing bowl, using a fork, combine the Sunhini, water and lemon juice until creamy and velvety. Add the garlic, salt and optional ground cumin. Garnish with cumin seeds and olive oil (optional). Enjoy!
