Simple Sunhini Dip

What better way to kick-start our Sunhini recipes than with a Simple Sunhini Dip? This recipe takes just seconds to whip up, and can be enjoyed with vegetable sticks, crunchy apple slices or crackers.


- 100g Original Sunhini

- 60g water

- 20g lemon juice

- 1 small garlic clove, crushed

- salt, to taste

- pinch of cumin (optional)


In a small mixing bowl, using a fork, combine the Sunhini, water and lemon juice until creamy and velvety. Add the garlic, salt and optional ground cumin. Garnish with cumin seeds and olive oil (optional). Enjoy!
